Shipping and return policies for True Cult Records

Shipping Info

All items are sent by PRIORITY AIRMAIL which includes a tracking number.
Any excess shipping cost depending on weight is refunded to the customer. Thus, three tapes or more are recommended for an efficient shipping cost to the customer.

We ship to the address you provided, and if the package gets returned to us for any reason by the post service or courier (e.g the recipient moved or didn't pick it up etc) , the cost of re-shipping falls upon the client.

All vinyl preorder dates are subject to change. Due to the wordwide vinyl shortage that has been going on recently, the factories have delays all the time, so keep that in mind when ordering. We will do our best to get the vinyls to you as soon as they are available.

All designs are subject to change.

Any and all customs/import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As everything is shipped with tracking and using secure mailers specific to the items, True Cult Records cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
